ELECTRIC SHUTTERS
There are three sets of electric shutters in the apartment which cover up the sliding glass doors.
All of the control buttons look like this one:

The on/off switches can be found:
In the bedroom: to the right of the door which opens onto the balcony.

In the living room: for the shutters that cover the double sliding glass doors, the button is in the corner of the room to the left of
the sliding glass door

In the living room: for the shutters that cover the door that faces out to the sea, the button is on the wall next
to the door that separates the living room from the hallway.
BLUE (ELECTRIC) AWNINGS
The only awning that needs to be used is the one on the sea-facing balcony. The switch to lower this awning is on the inside of the apartment to the right of the door (to the left of the sofa) that opens onto the balcony facing the sea.

To put the awning out (or down), you push the down-facing arrow:
-
To bring the awning back in (or up), you push the up arrow :
It extremely IMPORTANT to put the button back in the neutral position – as in the photo – do not leave it in up or down position as this will ruin the motor!
When you are lowering the awning, there will come a moment when you will feel/see that the horizontal bar starts to touch the wall on the right. At that point, stop the button and go onto balcony and with your hand you need to unstick the bar from where it it touching the wall. The awning should then be in place.
You should never put out/down the awning 100% - the metallic arm should never be straight - it should be at an angle like in the picture.
