DISHWASHER
We installed a brand new dishwasher in the summer of 2019.  We will furnish the necessary soap tablets for your stay.    

 

REFRIGERATOR / FREEZER

There is nothing that needs to be done with these – we simply ask that each renter empty the contents of perishable food items when you leave.

 

KITCHEN CUPBOARDS

There is plenty of cupboard space for all your groceries and food supplies.  We have one cupboard where renters are asked to serve themselves of basic supplies and to let us know if anything is missing that we can supply for the next guest.  You should find her the basics for cooking :  olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, sugar, flour, vinegar, pasta, etc. 

 

INDUCTION COOK-TOP & OVEN/COOK-TOP

The induction cook top, located in kitchen above the dishwasher, will only work when the appropriate type of pan is placed on top and we provide all of these.  Other pans are also available because we also have an oven/cook-top unit on the back "porch".

WASHING MACHINE

There is a new (2019) washing machine for your use and we will furnish the appropriate soap tablets for your stay. ​​

DRYER​

There is a brand new dryer installed in the summer of 2019. Guests need to make sure and empty lint traps and empty the water. ​​​

AIR CONDITIONING

There is a fixed A/C unit on the bedroom wall with a remote.  The bedroom will cool down very quickly so please do not leave the machine on when you are not in the room/apartment.  Please close the door when in use and turn the unit off when you leave.
